Pointe-Nord urban village, waterfront retail at its best
At the heart of the Pointe-Nord urban village is a commercial street with boutique retail, friendly merchants and outdoor terraces, leading to a riverfront plaza. Mamie Clafoutis, Pointe-Nord`s bakery cafe opened its doors in early summer of 2012, and its freshly-baked goods and charming home-style ambience helped create this friendly waterfront urban village. Les Enfants Terribles, an upscale and friendly restaurant is an important social gathering place located directly on the waterfront plaza. Chez Carl an artisanal pizzeria offers on site and take-out food for all conveniences. BMO opened its new flagship bank counter for Pointe-Nord residents. Stay tuned to find out which new retails will be opening over the coming year.

‘’We were attracted to Pointe-Nord because of its neighbourhood lifestyle concept and various activities – very similar to Bernard Street in Outremont, but much less noisy with its quaint shops, cafés and bakery.’’ François et Valérie
