When she decided to move back to Nuns’ Island, after a few years in Outremont, Annie hired a real estate agent to find her a condo in Pointe-Nord.
“I really wanted to live on this side of Nuns’ Island. I think this neighbourhood is very cool and it reminds me of Outremont with its walkable shops, like Mamie Clafoutis.”
Annie lives on a ground floor apartment with river views and gardens.
“With this view, I feel like I’m on vacation all the time!” She adds.
Arranged with care, her condo has one bedroom, and a practical office space as she works from home.
The Pointe-Nord resident also loves that she has access to the gym and pool in her building.
“I use the indoor pool to swim laps, but I also love to sit in the lounge chairs to read. It’s very relaxing. And I don’t have to pay a monthly membership.”
