The 26-storey tower will comprise 258 condos ranging from 1 to 3-bedrooms. The excavation you see on the site represents the area of the underground parking lot and not the tower\u2019s final location. Evolo NEX \u00a0will be set back approximately 50 metres from Evolo 2 to preserve unobstructed views. In addition, that the city accepted a ratio of 1.6 parking spaces per condo, which we hope will encourage owner-occupants and thus put less pressure on street parking. We are pleased to welcome its owner M\u00e9linda Leoni, a hairstylist with over 25 years of experience and a solid reputation among islanders. M\u00e9linda provides a variety of beauty treatments including hairstyling and colouring. She will also be offering the services of a specialist in manicure and pedicure.
