For\u00a0over 30 years, she\u2019s lived in\u00a0Proment<\/a>\u00a0buildings on Nuns\u2019 Island.<\/h2>\n

Two years ago, she moved her coaching practice (as a certified coach from Concordia University) in her new office situated on the ground floor of Pavillon Evolo where she also lives.<\/p>\n

\u201c<\/em>A<\/em>s an entrepreneur, I like to separate my place of work from my home. It\u2019s great now, all I have to do is go down the stairs and I\u2019m in my office. It\u2019s a warm and comfortable place I love to be in. My clients love it too. It\u2019s full of light and sunshine thanks to\u00a0the huge window.<\/em><\/p>\n

When it\u2019s nice out, we choose to do my famous\u00a0Walk & Talk\u00a0sessions, where we have our coaching session outside, by the water. My clients love it. We are so lucky to be on the water and to be surrounded by such open green spaces; we must take advantage of it. It\u2019s calm and we can breath. It\u2019s such a positive experience.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n

Martine\u2019s story is atypical and exciting. A real cycle of life illustrated by this woman full of energy and passion. She met her husband in the early \u201990s at a grocery store, only to discover that he was her neighbor and that they both lived in\u00a0Les Verri\u00e8res sur le Fleuve<\/a>. Throughout the years, shes lived at Verri\u00e8res I & VI, a few years in a waterfront house on Corot st.<\/em>\u00a0after having a lot of fun with major renovations, only to move back to their beloved condo lifestyle as one of the first owners at\u00a0Sommets III<\/a>. Two years ago, it is here, in Pointe-Nord, at the\u00a0Pavillon Evolo<\/a>\u00a0that she chose to establish\u00a0her place to live and work.<\/p>\n

After being a medical lab technician, then spending 34 years as a flight attendant for Air Canada, she chose to retire and to live her passion: help people to live happier lives, no matter their story. It is after many life coaching and Positive Psychology courses that she is now a licensed health, happiness and wellness coach.<\/p>\n

Martine can be spotted on the TV show\u00a0Tout part de soi<\/em>\u00a0with\u00a0Mitsou G\u00e9linas, and on\u00a0Deux filles le matin.\u00a0<\/em>She also talks about wellness in the\u00a0Le Lundi\u00a0<\/em>magazine. We can participate in her regular conference\/workshops offered at The Strom Spa.<\/p>\n

\u201cWhile working at Air Canada, I completed my Bachelors degree in Psychology at Concordia U. I then went on to complete my personal and professional coaching PPCC accreditation. A year later, I discovered the field of Positive Psychology and the emerging field of neurosciences, which study happiness factors such as resilience, courage, positivs emotions, strengths, etc\u2026 I was hooked. It transformed\u00a0me\u2026 in a positive way!\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n

She offers one-on-one coaching sessions at her Pointe-Nord\u2019s office, next door to Les Enfants Terribles or virtually, when required.<\/p>\n
