A Quick Upper Body Workout on the Pointe-Nord Esplanade
Finding time to exercise can sometimes seem impossible. Sometimes all you need is a little motivation and Hessam Ghavidel, Pointe-Nord resident and personal trainer to many of the other residents, is walking-talking-human motivation!
We teamed up with him to create a simple workout that takes only a few minutes and can be performed on the Pointe Nord esplanade.

While sitting on the bench, raise both legs parallel to the ground, pull them up to the stomach and then extend.
