A charming new destination is coming to Pointe Nord! Families in Nuns’ Island will soon be able to discover Les Ptits Mosüs, a boutique dedicated to children’s clothing and lifestyle products, alongside Léo Comptoir Floral, a floral offering that will complement this new shopping destination.

Les Ptits Mosüs: Special Finds for Little Ones

Founded in Québec City’s Petit Champlain district in December 2016, Les Ptits Mosüs offers a carefully curated selection of clothing, accessories and toys for children from newborns to 10 years old.

The boutique stands out for its unique, high-quality and original products, including select in-house creations by Les Ptits Mosüs. The store also places a strong emphasis on locally made products, while offering a selection of internationally recognized brands known for their ethical manufacturing practices.

Among the customers’ favourites are the famous SORBETS merino wool beanies, as well as collections from Bobo Choses, Tinycottons, Patagonia and Liewood, not to mention the colourful Sticky Lemon bags—and many other wonderful finds!

Located in a 605-square-foot space, the boutique will offer an exclusive selection of clothing, accessories and toys. For those who would like to explore even more of the collection, online shopping will also be available through the company’s website.

Léo Comptoir Floral: Flowers to Brighten Everyday Life

Located within the boutique, Léo Comptoir Floral will offer a selection of fresh-cut flowers. This new destination will provide a welcome addition for Nuns’ Island residents, who will now be able to combine children’s shopping with the simple pleasure of flowers—all under one roof.

A Pop-Up Shop to Test the Market

This new destination is part of an initiative to encourage new businesses to establish themselves in Pointe Nord and to further diversify the neighbourhood’s commercial offering.

The pop-up shop concept gives new retailers an opportunity to test the market and introduce their brand and products to local residents. If the experience proves successful, a longer-term lease could eventually be considered.

“The treatments we offer are minimally invasive and provide an excellent alternative for individuals who do not wish to undergo cosmetic surgery,” explains Nisrine. On October 23rd, we marked the official groundbreaking ceremony for Evolo Flex, joined by our key project partners. For the design of this open-area space, designer Anne-Marie Jean opted for natural colors and materials: stone plates, leather chairs, natural wood furniture. Each element has been carefully chosen to create an ambiance that is modern, convivial and sustainable.

With the growing popularity of remote working, the second bedroom was transformed into a functional and elegant office space.

Limuro has proudly collaborated multiple times with Corporation Proment on the design of their model condos. As part of the Evolo NEX project, Mr. Pierre Côté from the Limuro team was brought in to optimize the layout of a one-bedroom condo measuring 645 sq. ft.

A Custom Design, Tailored for Modern Living

The Evolo NEX condo was entirely designed to combine functionality and aesthetics. Working alongside designer Anne-Marie Jean from Pair Design, Limuro created a fully custom space featuring a Murphy bed and a smartly designed workspace.

The chosen style is minimalist, showcasing clean lines, light tones, and a natural wood finish that beautifully complements the materials selected for the kitchen. The overall effect is a space that feels bright, calm, and cohesive.

Tackling a Design Challenge: The Entryway Office

One of the project’s key challenges was incorporating a functional office space right at the condo entrance—a small area that needed to deliver both practicality and style.

To make the most of every square inch, Limuro added overhead storage and a built-in bookshelf. The result is a clever and visually striking nook that offers a warm welcome as soon as you walk in the door.
